Ingredients

  • 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. oil (peanut preferred)
  • 1/4 c. snow peas, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped (with greens)

Method

  • Cook:
  • Stir-fry chicken until done. Remove from pan.
  • (Cook garlic in with chicken.)
  • Stir-fry rest of ingredients approximately 3 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender.
  • (Remove from skillet; blend into chicken.)
