Ingredients
- 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds
- 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. oil (peanut preferred)
- 1/4 c. snow peas, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped (with greens)
Method
- Cook:
- Stir-fry chicken until done. Remove from pan.
- (Cook garlic in with chicken.)
- Stir-fry rest of ingredients approximately 3 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender.
- (Remove from skillet; blend into chicken.)
