Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 bag "boil in a bag" rice
  • 1 small box broccoli
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing bread crumbs
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Method

  • Boil chicken until done.
  • Cook rice as directed.
  • Cook broccoli until done.
  • Mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, rice, broccoli, 1 cup of broth and add deboned chicken.
  • Pour into a casserole dish.
  • In a separate bowl melt 1 stick of butter and add stuffing to it.
  • Sprinkle over top of mixture and bake until hot and brown on top at 375°.
