Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken, boiled and shredded
- 1 c. picante sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of pepper
- dash of garlic salt
- 12 flour tortillas
- guacamole
Method
- Place first 6 ingredients in plastic bag and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning several times.
- Place tortilla in oven wrapped in foil to warm.
- Bring meat mixture to a hot temperature.
- Place on tortilla and roll up.
