Ingredients
- 6 cube steaks
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. salad oil
Method
- Mix flour, salt, pepper and seasoned salt together.
- Dredge cube steaks in mixture.
- Fry in oil; set aside meat.
- Stir bottom of pan; add flour and cook until golden.
- Add milk and stir with whisk until gravy thickens.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
