Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked and cut up chicken or turkey
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water or broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk

Method

  • Mix chicken or turkey, vegetables, celery, mushroom or chicken soup, water or broth, salt and pepper and put in casserole dish. Top with eggs.
  • Spread over top with margarine, flour and milk. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
