Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken
- 2 eggs
- little milk
- Italian breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper and seasonings
- Wesson oil
Method
- Pound boneless chicken very thin.
- In one bowl, mix eggs and a little milk.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and seasonings.
- Pour Wesson oil in frying pan and heat.
- Dip chicken into egg mix and then breadcrumbs mix.
- Cook in oil until chicken is done.
- Layer in baking dish.
- Top with spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
- Cook in oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
