Ingredients
- 1 fryer
- salt and pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 2 or 3 ribs celery
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 large (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz with jalapenos
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Method
- Boil fryer with salt and pepper.
- Debone and reserve water. Saute vegetables in oleo.
- Cook spaghetti in seasoned fryer water (about 12 minutes).
- Drain.
- Add soup, cheese and pimento to vegetables.
- Bring to a slow boil.
- Pour sauce over chicken spaghetti.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Serves 8 to 10.
