Ingredients

  • 1 fryer
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 2 or 3 ribs celery
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 large (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz with jalapenos
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Method

  • Boil fryer with salt and pepper.
  • Debone and reserve water. Saute vegetables in oleo.
  • Cook spaghetti in seasoned fryer water (about 12 minutes).
  • Drain.
  • Add soup, cheese and pimento to vegetables.
  • Bring to a slow boil.
  • Pour sauce over chicken spaghetti.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  • Serves 8 to 10.
