Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, divided
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 16 oz. thick and chunky salsa or taco sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
  • 1 c. light sour cream

Method

  • Reserve 1 cup of corn chips and 1/2 cup of cheese.
  • In 2-quart baking dish, combine remaining corn chips, 1 1/2 cups cheese, salsa and chili.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, spread sour cream over top.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and border with reserved corn chips. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
  • Serves 6.
