Ingredients
- 2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies
- 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Prepare chilies by opening and washing off seeds and juice. Butter casserole.
- Place a layer of peppers, cheese, etc., ending with a layer of cheese on top.
- Mix other ingredients and pour over.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Take out of oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
