Ingredients
- 5 to 6 medium carrots
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Chopped parsley
Method
- Shred carrots coarsely. Melt butter in skillet and add carrots. Sprinkle with salt and sugar. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Top with parsley. Serves 6.
