- 1 cup dried cherries
- 12 cup cherry flavored liqueur
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 14 teaspoon almond extract
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 34 cup white chocolate chips, coarsely chopped
- 12 cup semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 12 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Method
- Plump dried cherries by covering with boiling water.
- soak for 5.minutes,
- drain and toss with cherry liqueur.
- For best flavor, allow.
