Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 Pet Ritz cracker pie crust shell
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. whipped topping
Method
- Beat butter until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in sugar gradually until fluffy.
- Blend in chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition. Spread filling in pie shell.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Spread whipped topping over chilled filling.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over pie.
- Serve chilled.
