Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 10 to 12 maraschino cherries, quartered
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. frozen Riches or Parker House rolls

Method

  • Place cherries and nuts in bottom of tube pan.
  • (Spray pan with Pam.)
  • Melt 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
  • Pour this over nuts and cherries.
  • Melt remaining 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
  • Roll frozen rolls in this mixture and place rolls in tube pan.
  • (Use 24 rolls; they will fit tightly around pan.)
  • Let rise in cold oven overnight.
  • The next morning, leave pan in oven; heat oven to 350°.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • This is wonderful! Turn out onto plate to serve.
