Ingredients
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 10 to 12 maraschino cherries, quartered
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pkg. frozen Riches or Parker House rolls
Method
- Place cherries and nuts in bottom of tube pan.
- (Spray pan with Pam.)
- Melt 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- Pour this over nuts and cherries.
- Melt remaining 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- Roll frozen rolls in this mixture and place rolls in tube pan.
- (Use 24 rolls; they will fit tightly around pan.)
- Let rise in cold oven overnight.
- The next morning, leave pan in oven; heat oven to 350°.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- This is wonderful! Turn out onto plate to serve.
