- 1/4 c evoo
- Pears
- Nuts

Method
- Combine vinegar & evoo
- Marinate pork 2 hrs
- Stuff pork loin with chopped, pears &onions
- Place on a rack in roasting pan, drizzle with the vinegar and roast in 400 oven
