Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 medium Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. shredded coconut
Method
- Make cake as directed on box and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool; prick cake with fork and pour milk over cake.
- Let set several hours or best if sets overnight.
- Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle on coconut.
