Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening (soft or melted)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. quick dry oats
- 1 c. coconut, freshly shredded
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix all together.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes, or until light brown.
