Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sifted flour, plain
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Mix first 7 ingredients together.
- Then add sour cream.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
- Grease and flour tube cake pan.
- Spread 1/2 batter mixture.
- Top with 1/2 crumb mixture.
- Spread other 1/2 of batter.
- Top with remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.
