Ingredients
- 10 c. cooked corn
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. water
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large kettle.
- Bring to a boil; boil for 15 minutes.
- Pack into sterilized jars; seal at once.
