Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. (2 cups) fresh watercress
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 5 large fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed if frozen)
- 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
- 1 small whole wheat , split
- 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
Method
- Lay watercress on serving plate; top with cottage cheese and berries, and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Serve with a small bagel spread with margarine.
- Serve meal with a glass of milk.
