Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. (2 cups) fresh watercress
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 5 large fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 small whole wheat , split
  • 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

Method

  • Lay watercress on serving plate; top with cottage cheese and berries, and sprinkle with walnuts.
  • Serve with a small bagel spread with margarine.
  • Serve meal with a glass of milk.
