Ingredients
- 3 c. potatoes, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. cubed ham
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Method
- Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes and bouillon cube and pepper.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes. Gradually add the milk that has been mixed with the flour.
- Add to the vegetables and simmer until thickened.
- Add the ham and cheese. Stir until melted.
- Serves 4.
