Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 slices bread, crust removed
- 2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- dash of red pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten well
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Beat egg.
- Add mayonnaise and broken bread slices.
- Beat well. Add salt, peppers, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
- Mix in crab meat.
- Make into cakes and fry until brown.
