Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons walnut butter
  • 2 (1-ounce) whole-grain bread slices
  • 2 ounces oven-roasted turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
  • Dash of black pepper

Method

  • Spread half of walnut butter on one side of each bread slice. Layer one slice with turkey, blue cheese, arugula, cranberry sauce, and pepper. Top with remaining bread slice, walnut butter side down.
