Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. pepper
- pinch of salt
Method
- Peel and mince garlic.
- Mix with sour cream, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
- Peel the skin from the cucumbers and slice very thin.
- Add to sour cream mixture.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours or until cucumbers get soft.
- Serve well chilled.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
