- 8 ounces Stacy's(R) Simply Naked(R) Pita Chips
- 6 ounces greek yogurt
- 5 ounces goat cheese
- 2 scallions minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Using a blender or food processer, mix together the Greek yogurt, goat cheese, scallions, parsley, and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour then serve with Stacy's(R) Simply Naked(R) Pita Chips.
