Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Stacy's(R) Simply Naked(R) Pita Chips
  • 6 ounces greek yogurt
  • 5 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 scallions minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method

  • Using a blender or food processer, mix together the Greek yogurt, goat cheese, scallions, parsley, and dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour then serve with Stacy's(R) Simply Naked(R) Pita Chips.
