Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 to 1 c. Wondra flour
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
Method
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- Add salt and vanilla.
- Slowly add flour and beat by hand.
- Using a small frying pan put in enough oil that would cover crepe.
- Make oil hot.
- Pour batter in pan.
- Fry lightly; turn and do other side.
- You can use syrup or jelly and jam on crepe.
