Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (cut up, skin on)
  • 2 c. rice crispies
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Method

  • 1.
  • Wash chicken and pat dry.
  • 2.
  • Heat butter in bowl large sufficient to accomodate largest piece of chicken.
  • Put Rice Crispies in same sized bowl.
  • Use hands to crush crispies to desired texture.
  • 3.
  • Roll each piece of chicken in butter to coat and then in crispies to coat.
  • Place on large cookie sheet.
  • (Line it with foil first if desired for easy cleanup.)
