Ingredients
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/3 c. Healthy Ranch dressing
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In small bowl, combine crumbs and parsley.
- In separate bowl, combine Ranch dressing and water.
- Dip chicken in mixture, then into crumb mix, coating well.
- Spray nonstick on baking pan, arrange chicken and bake 8 minutes or until chicken is tender.
