Ingredients
- cucumber
- tomato
- onion
- lettuce
- mushrooms
- water chestnuts
- Italian bread
- 1/4 c. any type fat-free dressing
Method
- Slice as many vegetables as you want and put on Italian bread. Pour dressing over the whole loaf.
- Cut into individual sandwiches and serve.
- To make an individual serving, cut a piece of Italian bread off and use less dressing.
