Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked black beans, soaked overnight and liquid removed
- 1 (2 ounce.) slice Armour Lower Salt Ham
- 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper
- 1 med. onion, finely minced
- 2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash original blend
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce.) Armour Lower Salt Ham cut into 3/4 inch cubes
