Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, peeled lengthwise (leave a few strips of skin for color)
- salt
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted lightly
Method
- Slice cucumbers very thin.
- Salt over each layer.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
