Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. grated onion or instant dried onion with a little water
- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or garlic powder
Method
- Mix either by hand or in blender.
- Serve with zucchini squash slices, cucumber, celery, carrots or crackers.
