Ingredients
- 1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Method
- Combine all ingredients in container of blender; process until smooth.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Makes about 1 1/4 cups, the same amount as a 14 ounce can of store bought.
