  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 4 sesame seed hamburger buns
  • 2 cups tightly packed shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Method

  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  • dressing for later use.
  • Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 6 to 7 min.
  • on each side or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.
  • and toasting buns on the barbecue for the last minute.
  • Toss lettuce with cheese and reserved dressing.
  • Fill buns with burgers and lettuce salad.
