Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 c. water
Method
- Brown ground beef, onions and garlic.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
