Ingredients
- 1 bottle round or rump roast
- A.1. steak sauce
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Line pan with heavy-duty foil, large enough to wrap around roast.
- Place roast in foil and sprinkle top with 2 to 3 tablespoons steak sauce.
- Add mushroom soup and onion soup.
- Seal foil around roast and bake at 325° for 1 hour a pound.
- Serve with rice.
- Different types of creamed soup will result in a variety of gravies.
