Easy Tamale Pie Recipe - cornbread stuffing mix

Method

• Heat water and butter till butter melts.
• Add in stuffing mix.
• Stir to moisten.
• 1 c. onion, minced 1 pound grnd beef
• Combine and cook till beef is browned.
• Drain.
• 1 (16 ounce.)
• can whole kernel corn, liquid removed 2 tbsp.
• chili pwdr 1 c. grated cheese 1 can (16 ounce.)
• pitted black olives, liquid removed (optional)
• Combine all above ingredients with grnd beef mix.
• Pour into 3 qt casserole.
• Top with stuffing.
• Bake uncovered 30 min at 400 degrees.
• Serves 6.
