Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in a buttered casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 12.
