Ingredients

  • 1 Low Carb Tortilla
  • 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded chedder cheese
  • 4 slices Turkey Pepperoni
  • 4 Jalepeno slices
  • 1 baked chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce

Method

  • In a skillet on medium high heat place a tortilla and cover with sauce, the cheeses, pepperoni, and jalapeno.
  • Cook until the bottom gets crispy and the cheese melts.
  • Coat your baked chicken breast with buffalo sauce
  • You can totally do this with chicken strips and low fat cheese to make it easier and reduce calories.
  • Veggies would be a perfect topping.
