- 1 Low Carb Tortilla
- 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded chedder cheese
- 4 slices Turkey Pepperoni
- 4 Jalepeno slices
- 1 baked chicken breast
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
Method
- In a skillet on medium high heat place a tortilla and cover with sauce, the cheeses, pepperoni, and jalapeno.
- Cook until the bottom gets crispy and the cheese melts.
- Coat your baked chicken breast with buffalo sauce
- You can totally do this with chicken strips and low fat cheese to make it easier and reduce calories.
- Veggies would be a perfect topping.
