Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter (not margarine)
- 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
Method
- Prepare baked pie shell or graham cracker crust.
- Cream sugar and butter until very light and fluffy (do not underbeat).
- Melt chocolate and blend. Blend in vanilla; beat until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Turn into pie shell and chill well before serving.
