Ingredients
- 2 c. raspberries, mashed
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. raspberries (do not mash)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Method
- Place mashed raspberries in heavy 2-quart saucepan.
- Add sugar and water.
- Bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch.
- Remove from heat. Blend in the raspberries, unmashed.
- Pour into baked pie shell. Top with Cool Whip.
