Ingredients
- 3 c. grated cheese (of choice)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
- cracker crumbs
Method
- Combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
- Fold in egg whites. Form into balls.
- Roll in cracker crumbs.
- Fry in deep fat. Cheese balls can be made through rolling in cracker crumbs, then stored in your refrigerator until ready to fry.
