Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated peel
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Cook together sugar, egg whites, corn syrup, salt and juice for 7 minutes or until stiff peaks.
- Remove from heat.
- Add grapefruit peel and vanilla.
- Beat 1 to 2 minutes, until frosting is thick enough to spread.
