Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 small can canned milk
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1 can onion rings
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Mix potatoes and 3/4 can of crumbled onion rings.
- Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes.
- Melt margarine and pour on top of potatoes.
- Sprinkle rest of onions on top.
- Bake at 375° in 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
