Ingredients
- 4 Cups Fruit (blackberries, raspberries, peaches, blueberries)
- 2 Cup Sugar, divided
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 3/4 Cup Water
Method
- Place fruit in bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Mix 1 cup sugar, butter, salt, powder, flour and milk together and spread over fruit.
- Mix 1 cup sugar and corn starch; spread over batter.
- Pour water over the top of sugar and batter.
