Ingredients
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs (28 sq.)
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. rum extract
- 1 can vanilla or chocolate frosting
- powdered sugar
Method
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except powdered sugar; stir until well blended.
- Using a teaspoon of mixture for each, work in palm of hand and shape into balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
- Store rum balls in tightly covered jar.
- Makes 60 balls.
