Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs (28 sq.)
  • 2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. rum extract
  • 1 can vanilla or chocolate frosting
  • powdered sugar

Method

  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients except powdered sugar; stir until well blended.
  • Using a teaspoon of mixture for each, work in palm of hand and shape into balls.
  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  • Store rum balls in tightly covered jar.
  • Makes 60 balls.
