Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Method
- Combine cream cheese and margarine.
- Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Chill.
- Good to spread on any kind of bread.
- Serve with any Italian dishes.
