Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • dash of salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. dry white cooking wine or any white wine

Method

  • Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Saute garlic over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and brown for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  • Pour 1/4 lemon juice over the chicken and cook for 1 minute.
  • Turn chicken breasts and add remaining lemon juice and white wine.
  • Cover and cook over medium-low heat until done (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Serve with wild rice.
