Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts
- dash of salt
- pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. dry white cooking wine or any white wine
Method
- Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Saute garlic over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and brown for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Pour 1/4 lemon juice over the chicken and cook for 1 minute.
- Turn chicken breasts and add remaining lemon juice and white wine.
- Cover and cook over medium-low heat until done (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Serve with wild rice.
