- 3/4 lb fresh tomato, chopped
- 1 large red peppers or 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 lb feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar or 2 tablespoons herb-flavored vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
- 3/4 lb pasta shells, cooked
- 3/4 lb cooked baby shrimp
Method
- Mix the first 10 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add the cooked pasta and the shrimp.
- Toss to blend.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
