Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb fresh tomato, chopped
  • 1 large red peppers or 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 lb feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar or 2 tablespoons herb-flavored vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 3/4 lb pasta shells, cooked
  • 3/4 lb cooked baby shrimp

Method

  • Mix the first 10 ingredients in large bowl.
  • Add the cooked pasta and the shrimp.
  • Toss to blend.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
