Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 c. cornflakes, crushed to 1 c.
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 c. cooked, diced ham
- 4 c. raw noodles, cooked and drained
Method
- Butter a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Combine butter and stir into cornflakes crumbs until evenly coated.
- Set aside. Combine soup, milk, ham, mushrooms and noodles.
- Turn into baking dish.
- Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
