Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 c. cornflakes, crushed to 1 c.
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. cooked, diced ham
  • 4 c. raw noodles, cooked and drained

Method

  • Butter a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Combine butter and stir into cornflakes crumbs until evenly coated.
  • Set aside. Combine soup, milk, ham, mushrooms and noodles.
  • Turn into baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
