Ingredients
- 5 potatoes, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, cut
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 c. celery
- 4 c. chopped ham
Method
- Put vegetables and meat into a big pan with water.
- Add ham flavoring.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water; add to stew to thicken.
- Very good.
